Dr. Renuka Roseline Joseph joined St. Stephen’s Hospital in 2008 and has been central to the laboratory’s NABL accreditation journey since its first accreditation in 2010, serving as NABL Quality Manager from 2012 and conducting several successful audits. She was designated Head of Laboratory Services in February 2026.
