Qualifications and Experience
Graduate degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Social Work, Development Studies, Communications or a related field; postgraduate qualification is desirable.
Approximately 2–4 years of experience in fundraising, CSR coordination, donor relations, grants administration or nonprofit programme support.
Strong research, documentation, report-writing and coordination skills.
Basic understanding of CSR funding, grant proposals and donor reporting requirements.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and online research; familiarity with CRM or donor management systems is desirable.
Experience in a hospital, healthcare organisation, NGO or charitable institution is an advantage.
