St. Stephen’s Hospital, Delhi invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Legal Compliance Officer.
 Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognised university.
- Additional qualification in compliance, labour laws, healthcare laws or hospital administration will be an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in legal, compliance, corporate or healthcare-related legal matters.
- Candidates with experience in a hospital/healthcare organisation will be preferred.
- Sound knowledge of applicable labour laws, employment regulations, statutory compliances and healthcare-related laws and regulations.
 Key Responsibilities
- Track court cases, legal notices and matters pending before various authorities and ensure timely action.
- Coordinate with external advocates, legal consultants and government/statutory authorities.
- Review agreements, contracts, undertakings, notices and other legal documents.
- Maintain and monitor records relating to legal cases, notices, contracts, agreements and statutory compliances.
- Preparing replies to legal notices, government communications and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor compliance with labour and employment laws, including statutory requirements applicable to hospital employees.
- Developing and updating policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
 Remuneration
Salary and other benefits will be commensurate with qualification, experience and suitability of the candidate.
