Note: If your insurer is not listed above, please contact the hospital to confirm empanelment status before your visit.

How Cashless Admission Works

  • Inform the Admission Counter that you have a health insurance policy and wish to avail cashless treatment.
  • Submit your insurance card, policy details, and a valid photo ID.
  • The hospital's TPA desk will send a pre-authorisation request to your insurer.
  • Once your insurer approves, you can be admitted without paying the full amount upfront.
  • Any non-covered charges (co-payments, exclusions) must be paid directly by the patient.

Note: Pre-authorisation approval timelines vary by insurer. It is advisable to contact your insurer before a planned admission.

Reimbursement Claims

If your insurer does not have a cashless arrangement with the hospital, you may pay the bill and claim reimbursement from your insurer directly. The billing counter can provide all necessary documents — original bills, discharge summary, investigation reports, and payment receipts — to support your claim.
